Outstanding room, that also was good with all facilities. The location very close to a bus stop was super and cozy.
-
Howard
Both rooms we booked were compact and beautifully decorated with king size bed, free WiFi plus sufficient amenities, no reason to complain. The staff tried to be helpful and excellent and made our stay a really good experience...
The staff was not very friendly.

Everything was clean and presentable however the decor was a little dated.

The breakfast was good, the room a bit small but clean and comfortable. And the location was not far from the centre of Inverness.
The pricing was to high for what you get (95 pounds per night for 2), we had better deals in Edinburgh and Aberdeen during our holyday.

Small quiet Victorian-style house, welcoming staff, en-suite bathroom, free WiFi, fine breakfast, room facilities (TV set, teapot with tea, coffee, sugar and cookies in the room), location two bus stops (less than 15 minutes by foot) from Falcon Square - everything was as advertised and even better than expected.
It's hard to come up with anything I didn't like. Single room is small, but that's usual for this hotel class anyway.

Warm wecome, Cosy room, Excellent breakfest. good location with good off road parking.
To be honest for the mony there little to dislike. But some biscuits would be a nice touch to go with the tea and coffee thats provided and maybe a bigger TV.

There was no welcome information in the room to say what time was breakfst or where the fire point was etc. There was a very small welcome but wasnt shown my room i had to find it myself. I would have preferred fresh orange juice that diluted juice for breakfast.
